What is dandruff?
Dandruff is the release of the scalp cells that have died in excessive amounts. Skin cells that flake-shaped silver-colored soft grayish, sometimes accompanied by itching.
Dandruff is not related to skin type head, which means that can happen to anyone no matter whether oily or dry scalp.

• Limiting foods and beverages that can trigger the growth of skin fungi, such as alcoholic beverages.
• Keep your hair and skin health with foods rich in vitamin B, for example: egg yolks, nuts, seeds and dark green vegetables.

• Using Lime

• Using Noni Fruit

Solving Your Migraine Problem

Causes of migraines are stress, weather changes, odors that sting, menstruation and monopause. To prevent migraine that is by consuming foods with balanced nutrition and avoid foods that contain MSG, amines, caffeine, alcohol, and nitrite and preserved foods and nuts.

The causes of migraine more details there are a lot of things:
1. Hormones changing in the body, such as menstruation, pregnancy, menopause or use of contraceptives internal
2.Biological changing clock, such as lack of sleep, sleep too long, late or even forgetting to eat, or too tired (too tired all day activity)

1.Avoid the trigger
Migraine triggers include smoking (nicotine can narrow the blood vessels in the brain), too much heavy exercise, stress, changes in sleep patterns, headaches and neck, dental problems, certain foods, odors that sting, light, etc
2.Take Care blood sugar levels
Decrease in blood sugar levels can trigger a migraine because it leads to glucose is released into the bloodstream, causing blood pressure to rise. Eat regularly every 4 hours and not more than 12 hours overnight without food.
Choose low glycemic index foods such as fruits and vegetables, low-fat yogurt and cheese. Avoid high GI foods like white bread, pastries, sweet drinks and candy.
3. Check your caffeine intake
Too much caffeine can cause blood vessels around the brain becomes too restricted, which can trigger a migraine. More than 300 mg of caffeine a day (3 cups or 5 cups of ground coffee instant) can cause problems. Try to reduce or switch to decaffeinated beverages. Chocolate also contains caffeine.
4. Flavoring or food additives (BTP)
Many people report sensitivity to food additives like monosodium glutamate (MSG), aspartame (artificial sweetener), tartrazine (a yellow dye used to color sodas and marzipan), Sulphites (found in grapes) and sodium benzoate (found in shrimp, butter, drinks lightweight and candy).
5. Chewable ginger
Chewing ginger may relieve nausea and digestive problems that tend to accompany the symptoms of migraine. Ginger can also block the effects of prostaglandins, substances that can cause inflammation of blood vessels in the brain and trigger a migraine.
6. Drinking water
Dehydration also can trigger migraines. Tissues around the brain consists of water, so that when they lose fluid network will shrink, causing irritation and pain. Drink between 1 and 2 liters of water a day can reduce the severity, duration and frequency of migraine attacks.
Some tips on effective when the migraine attack:
1 – Rest.

Migraine sufferers are usually sensitive to light. Therefore to
relieve this pain, patients are advised to rest in place
a dark and quiet. Stay away from the sources of the hustle and luminous place
light. Calm yourself with the best and try to sleep.

2 – Compress the head with an ice / cold water.

Try to relieve pain by compressing the affected part with the ice
or cold water. Cold can help constrict blood vessels.

4 – Warm the neck.

Give relax in the neck. The neck is usually a part of the body
sustaining severe head work. Fatigue in the neck can trigger pain
head. When resting, try to warm up your neck. Or, give a little
gentle massage.

5 – Drinking painkillers.
