Health and fitness is two condition that always be a target of anybody. this post share some tips to keep our body health and fit with only take care our food and eating style
The research in medical and health found that Most of diseases come from Food or our eating style.
Eating style can be divided by 2 things, 1st is WHAT WE EAT , and 2nd is HOW WE EAT IT

other dangerous item in our food is “Preservative content” . there is at least three preservative that proven danger 1. Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT)

this chemical can cause headache and allergy. sometime found in wine, dried potato . and also sometime used to spray vegetable and fruit to keep its color fresh. In USA, this chemical has been forbidden
3. Sodium Nitrite
This chemical give contribution in cause of Colon Cancer. Sodium nitrate sometime used in processed Meat such as Ham , Bacon, Hot Dog, sausage, and also sometime found in smoked fish
So start from now please be selective to choose our food, check at first the food ingredient that written in package before we decide to buy it
