<p>Eating style can be divided by 2 things,  1st is WHAT WE EAT , and 2nd is HOW WE EAT IT</p>

<p>is regarding type of Food ,   some food that content much of Fat can effect to our cholesterol rate, and next will be effect to our heart.</p>
<p>We also need to pay attention to  Monosodium Glutamat (MSG) , this is a a chemical that usually used  as a flavor enhancer . This chemical make the food become more delicious tasted.  Research prove that this chemical  potentially give contribution in cause of Cancer disease.  Please take care our family of over consumption of meal that contain MSG.</p>

<p>One of the main causes of headache is the tension in the muscles of the neck, scalp and jaw. We usually choose to sleep in order to reduce headache, and some people prefer to eat aspirin whenever headache attack.  But that sleep and aspirin cannot be done everytime and everywhere.<br />

<p>1. Honey and Lime<br />
Here are the steps to create a mask of lemon juice:<br />
• Take the lemon and squeeze the water as much as a teaspoon.<br />
• Mix the lime juice had been with one teaspoon of honey.<br />
• Apply on face and let stand for 30 minutes.<br />
• Rinse with cold water.</p>
<p>2. Melati Flower and lime</p>
