4 Simple ways to alleviate the headache

A headache is a condition of moderate  severe pain in the head. It is also our attack back or neck. There are different types of headaches,
Headache is annoying and sometimes it’s hard for us to avoid. Headache usually come out when we are under pressure, stress or because of too long work in front of computer

One of the main causes of headache is the tension in the muscles of the neck, scalp and jaw. We usually choose to sleep in order to reduce headache, and some people prefer to eat aspirin whenever headache attack.  But that sleep and aspirin cannot be done everytime and everywhere.
Of course we cannot sleep in the office or at the mall.
Do not worry! The easiest way to treat headache, and can be applied anywhere is through massage. Massage is the practice of applying pressure or vibration of the soft tissues of the body to heal wounds, relieve psychological stress, manage pain, improve blood circulation and relieve tension.

If we suffer from headaches, we can help with self-massage. Simple and anyone can do, whether at work or at home.

Here are four easy ways to massage to cure your headache.

1st Eye area massage – close your eyes. Place your middle finger in the eyes that are on the cheeks. Massage the area gently but firmly in circular motions for 1 minute,

2nd Eye to Nose Massage – Using your thumb at the bottom of the eyebrows (along the bone in the upper orbital go). He feels that this bone is the bridge of the nose and eyes and find a place where there is a small hole. very gentle pressure, press the thumb in the points. You can do it four times for possession and a press area for 10 seconds on each.

3rd Neck Massage – Massage to a point where you can feel the middle finger, his hands on the back of the head move and feel the base of his skull. Especially in the top of his neck meets the base of his skull. Massage for one minute with the fingertips in a circular motion.

4th Scalp Massage – Keep your hands on your scalp at the top of his head massage gently for a minute.

Please try to smile softly  while apply 4 above step, because smile can make our body and heart more relax and calm, this could speed up healing process

Once you have done all massage begins to take a deep breath. Raise your shoulders to the ears of 5:00 to 10:00 seconds for the remaining pain relief, and then fell into their natural position.

Acupressure At Glance

Acupressure is one of physiotherapy model from china that give pressure on certain points in our body. The pressure could be given by finger or by a special tool than is usually made from wood or metal. That is the different point between acupressure and  acupuncture , as well known that acupuncture use needle as the media.

Compared with physical therapy, acupressure was associated with a 89% reduction in significant disability and that improvement was maintained at 6 months follow up.

At the others study and experience, found that acupressure also usually used to maintain the beauty of face skin. Such as remove black shadow around the eye, reduce wrinkles on the face and so on.

Others disease that is said could be reduced by acupressure is “Stress” and its effect. This is maybe because the acupressure could make the patient become relax and enjoy.

Regarding acupressure point in our body, it is said around 365 point. But some therapist is like to use points at hand and foot area.
